Software and Service Purchases
- All purchases of software licenses and subscription-based services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or stated explicitly at the time of purchase.
- Refunds for software licenses or subscription-based services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product or service is found to be defective, not functioning as described, or if the customer encounters significant technical issues that prevent the use of the product or service.

Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable software, digital documents, and electronic files, are final and non-refundable.
