To add a team member, follow these simple steps:

Step 3: Fill the details of your new team member in the pop-up and click “Save”

How to add your custom domain

Step 1: Click the Domain tab at the left hand side of your screen to open the Custom domain page. 

 

Step 2: Next, Click on the “edit” icon in front of the website you want to add your custom domain for.

 

 

Step 3: You will be given an A record to add to your domain host so that your custom domain can be pointed to our Smartbloks Servers and to your website.

 

Step 4: Create an A record in your domain host (E.g Namecheap, Godaddy, or any other company where you bought your domain).

 

Copy the DNS records in Smartbloks and add it to your domain host. We will be using Namecheap for this example.

 

 

Step 5: Go back to your Smartbloks “Edit domain” Page. Put in your Custom domain and click “verify”.

 

If your DNS is set properly, The status of your website domain will change to “Verified”.

 

Please note that it takes between 24-48 hours for your DNS settings to fully propagate. If your website is not live on your custom domain after 48 hours, Please contact support at Support@smartbloks.ai.

 

Step 6: Visit your custom domain url, Your website will be live.
