Smartbloks LLC (“Smartbloks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our website or other platforms.

 

Software and Service Purchases

  1. All purchases of software licenses and subscription-based services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or stated explicitly at the time of purchase.
  2. Refunds for software licenses or subscription-based services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product or service is found to be defective, not functioning as described, or if the customer encounters significant technical issues that prevent the use of the product or service.
  3. Requests for refunds must be submitted within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, as determined by Smartbloks LLC.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable software, digital documents, and electronic files, are final and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, customers must contact Smartbloks LLC customer support at support@smartbloks.ai and provide proof of purchase, details of the issue, and any other relevant information.

  2. Smartbloks LLC reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility for a refund.

  3. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Smartbloks LLC and the customer.

Exceptions

Smartbloks LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where the customer has violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Smartbloks LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Refund Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
